Signed into law by Governor Murphy on June 30, 2025,  P.L.2025, c.72   reflects the transition from traditional print newspapers to online platforms by updating legal notice publication requirements.  The Alloway Township Board of Education will publish any legal notice on its official internet website.  No later than March 1, 2026, the Secretary of State shall establish an Internet webpage on which the hyperlink to the Alloway Township School's webpage with public notices can also be found.
